Fellow traveler,
If there is one lesson I learned these past few weeks, it is this: never ignore your system.
If you've found a way to plan your day, your time and life, - a way to give the big and small things the attention they deserve - don't toss it out on a whim in favour of something new. Rather, you can experiment with bits and pieces of actions to improve the system and make the process better over the long term.
I noticed I have been feeling swamped and doing a lot of 'catching up' for several things - for almost two weeks. And what's more strange is that I didn't see the problem until I was doing a decision audit some hours ago.
What we practice, we become. It takes humility to recognise this lesson and stay the course on your system (and your process) - or as someone describes it, this humility is being planted in what you know, while living expectantly for discoveries yet to come.
Enough said :). We hope you find this edition of The Joy List valuable.
With lots of love and joy,
Damola
