I am starting a daily devotional on Monday on Instagram - for 45 days. Here are the details.

The book, One Day My Soul Just Opened Up: 40 Days and 40 Nights got Spiritual and Personal Growth is easily one of THE BEST things that happened to me this year.

It was a birthday gift from my dear friend Francesca, and I took my time to get to it... but when I did it was a glorious, glorious journey.

I carried it around for two months like a best friend - and no kidding you, at the end of the 40 readings, I felt my soul open up - like a tender unfurling from my core, into my core and out to the world.

It covers EVERYTHING one needs to find and keep joy - forgiveness, trust, boundaries, creativity, relationships... everything. And I knew I had to share it with as many people as possible!

So here is the magic: I am doing a daily Instagram Book Club with this one. After requests to do something online over the past many months, we are finally doing it - and that means you can join from anywhere across the world.

For 45 days, every morning from Monday, September 9 (which is next week Monday) to 23 October - 6.05am to 6.30am West African Time, we will read this book chapter by chapter, principle by principle, teaching by teaching.

Each day will follow this format:

1. Reading of the lesson/chapter for the day.

2. Reflections on the chapter.

3. Affirmations.

Even though it talks about ‘spiritual growth’ - spirit here refers not to religion, but to that part of us that incorporates body, mind and heart. And it’s for people of all faiths, or even no faith.
